Uninstalling the application
There are at least two ways you can uninstall gemiusHeatMap:
- From the Start menu
The procedure may vary slightly depending on your operating system and system settings, but normally, you should click:
Start menu -> All programmes -> gemiusHeatMap -> Uninstall
The uninstall wizard will ask: Are you sure you want to completely remove gemiusHeatMap and all of its components?
Clicking [OK] removes the programme. It is recommended to close all the windows of the application before uninstalling gemiusHeatMap.
- From the control panel
Click:
Start menu -> Control panel -> Add or remove programmes
In the list of programmes installed, select "gemiusHeatMap" and click [Change/remove].
