Why opening my website in gemiusHeatMap application takes more than opening in regular browsers?
gemiusHeatMap browser requires correct reading operation of the whole website. The application displays data about clicks on the website only after successful reading of the whole website content. Sometimes a certain element of the site (e.g. an external advertising banner) is read slowly or cannot be read at all. In this case, a regular browser would display the rest of the website content and enable further navigation. gemiusHeatMap application also enables to navigate the website as in a regular browser, but waits to display click data.
An attempt to read the website content again helps in most cases e.g. by pressing [F5] (Reload).
If data has already been downloaded, click Stop [Ctrl+Shift+V] to display results immediately.
